Registration Instructions

(1) Membership Verification: In the "Your Contact Information" section, type your email and click "Go". (You do NOT have to enter a password.) This will confirm your membership status and update pricing if applicable. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact IIARI at 401.732.2400.

(2) Individual Registration:

2a. Select the Attendee registration package of your choice and change the quantity from 0 to 1. You can register more than one person at a time.

Enter all required information for each attendee, including Name, Company, Title, etc.
Note any dietary restrictions for each attendee.
Select the sessions each attendee will be attending.

(3) Exhibitor Registration:

3a. Exhibit Booth Package

3ai. Select the Exhibit Booth registration package of your choice and change the quantity from 0 to 1. This automatically includes one registration for an Exhibitor Staff. If you are bringing additional exhibitor staff, increase the quantity for "Additional Exhibitor Registration" from 0 to the number of extra attendees. Each additional exhibitor is $150.

3b. Registration Information

3bi. Exhibitor- Exhibit Booth: Complete all sections included Company Name, Primary contact email, Display name, Primary contact information, etc.

3bii. Electricity: You will need to indicate if you require electricity. The cost for electricity is $10.

3biii. Attendee - Exhibitor Staff (1 Included):

Enter all required information for each attendee, including Name, Company, Title, etc.
Note any dietary restrictions for each attendee.
Select the sessions each attendee will be attending.

3biv. Attendee - Additional Exhibitor(s)

Enter all required information for each attendee, including Name, Company, Title, etc.
Note any dietary restrictions for each attendee.
Select the sessions each attendee will be attending

Please Note: All fields outlined in red are required. If you are registering more than one person, be sure to complete every section for each attendee.

(4) Promo Codes: Company sponsors may have received a promo code—enter it in the "Complete Registration" section. If you believe you should have one but didn’t receive it, contact IIARI at 401.732.2400.

(5) Payment Information: To complete your online registration you must pay with a credit card. Complete the required fields and click "Pay Now" to complete. If you need to pay by invoice/check, please contact IIARI at 401.732.2400.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by May 26, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on/after June 1, 2025. Written notification is required in the event of a cancellation and can be emailed to Sarah Ribera (sarah.ribera@iiari.com)*-
