This “ADVANCED LEVEL” full day program will look at the ins and outs of agency management as it relates to automation, client services, financial management and the producer's legal and ethical responsibilities.

Ethics Requirement: All students must complete and pass the exam for Ethical Guidelines in order to earn the designation.
