NOTE: 
All IIARI classes will be Hybrid.  Attendees can choose to attend virtually or in person. 

In Person: Masks are required in the office unless vaccinated.  Breakfast & lunch will not be provided at this time. 
Office location: 2400 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886 | Doors open: 8:30 am | Classes begin: 9 am

Virtual: Attendees will receive a class reminder with Zoom information the day before the class.

Registration Tips:
  • IIARI has a new registration platform to register for live classes.  In order to receive member pricing, you must confirm your email or use your previous user name and password to confirm membership.
  • CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA.  Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website.

Cancellation Policy:  To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) prior to the class and any study material must be returned.  Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.

Ethics - Creating a Winning Culture in the Agency

Description

Every organization has a culture, whether you realize it or not.  The question then becomes, does your team recognize, understand, and support a developed culture.  We will discuss the approaches to ethical decision making and how agency culture influences those decisions. We will examine why teamwork is also critical not only for the agency’s financial success, but their ethical success as well.  We will discuss Healthy v. Smart and how that will grow your organization.  In addition, we will look at how to maintain your agency culture with your remote employees.
