Join the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island (IIARI) for the inaugural Women's Insurance Leadership Summit on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Johnson & Wales University's Harborside Campus in Cranston.

This one-day summit is designed for women at every stage of their careers and goes beyond traditional leadership development. Through interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and candid conversations, attendees will gain practical tools to strengthen communication, navigate difficult conversations, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and grow as authentic leaders. The day concludes with a networking reception featuring appetizers and drinks.
