- General issues: MAIP vs. CAR vs. Voluntary eligibility; Customary operator vs. deferred operator; Named insured or not; TNC and other social media uses like Doordash, Turo, etc.
- Identification of important issues such as “failure to furnish information, driving non-owned autos, benefit of UM/UIM and PUP, ailment, operator exclusion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) before the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. “No Shows” forfeit the entire registration fee.
