Description

This "INTERMEDIATE LEVEL" seminar includes an overview of the policy structure and eligibility requirements, an in-depth study of coverage, limits, and conditions of commercial liability; an identification of factors affecting liability premiums; and a review of CGL Occurrence, Claims Made and Commercial Umbrella forms.

Ethics Requirement: All students must complete and pass the exam for Ethical Guidelines in order to earn the designation.
