This course reviews actual claims and court cases from a variety of commercial exposures. Each scenario is discussed from the position of both the actual policy language as well as possible solutions. Types of coverage and claims discussed in this course include Commercial Property Coverage Forms, Business Income, Commercial Auto and Commercial General Liability

ABEN WEBINARS

A collection of eight Big I State associations, including IIARI, have formed the Agents & Brokers Education Network (ABEN) to offer professional insurance training webcasts virtually.  These courses are listed in the calendar. If you have not taken a course with ABEN before, you will need to create a new user account. Your login for ABEN is separate from your Big I login.

New for 2024! ABEN On-Demand Courses are available anytime on your schedule.

REGISTRATION TIPS:

IARI has a new registration platform to register for live classes.  To receive member pricing, you must confirm your email or use your previous username and password to confirm membership.

CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA.  Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) before the class and any study material must be returned.  Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
