Agents completing this course will be provided with an overview of contract law relating to insurance policy language and the understanding and interpretation of policy language. Included also will be the rules of reading policies, understanding how to read exclusions and exceptions to exclusions, and interpreting keywords and phrases. Recent comment after the class: The refresh was an outstanding idea because, with automation being what it is today, we tend to shortcut and rely on the carrier to do our jobs. IARI has a new registration platform to register for live classes. To receive member pricing, you must confirm your email or use your previous username and password to confirm membership.
CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA. Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website. CANCELLATION POLICY:To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) before the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
