This Title protects against discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based on certain protected categories. Title VII makes it illegal for an employer to fail or refuse to hire or discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual, with respect to compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment because of an individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Employment-related claims can be very costly, driven by the high attorney's fees involved in these claims. This course will review the Acts in detail focusing on discrimination based on sex, gender, religion, racial, and national origin, along with insurance implications for the various exposures This course will satisfy your CRIS & MLIS update. IARI has a new registration platform to register for live classes. To receive member pricing, you must confirm your email or use your previous username and password to confirm membership.
CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA. Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website. CANCELLATION POLICY:To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) before the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
