This three-hour course offers a comprehensive look at the evolution and current state of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Agents will explore key topics including policy rating, claims handling, and general and miscellaneous rules that govern the program. Through practical examples and up-to-date information, participants will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to accurately advise clients, navigate policy changes, and effectively manage flood insurance coverage from quote to claim.

ABEN WEBINARS

A collection of eight Big I State associations, including IIARI, have formed the Agents & Brokers Education Network (ABEN) to offer professional insurance training webcasts virtually.  These courses are listed in the calendar. If you have not taken a course with ABEN before, you will need to create a new user account. Your login for ABEN is separate from your Big I login.

New for 2024! ABEN On-Demand Courses are available anytime on your schedule.

REGISTRATION TIPS:

IARI has a new registration platform to register for live classes.  To receive member pricing, you must confirm your email or use your previous username and password to confirm membership.

CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA.  Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) before the class and any study material must be returned.  Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
