Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) prior to the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee. Questions? CPIA 3 - Sustain SuccessThursday, March 19, 2026 (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) (EDT)DescriptionThis program focuses on fulfilling the implied promises contained in the insuring agreement. Students will review methods of providing evidence of insurance coverage; will discuss policies and procedures for controlling errors and omissions including policy review and delivery, endorsements, claims-processing, and handling of client complaints. This course includes a review of Professional Expectations; the Law of Agency; and Legal and Ethical Standards. Throughout each section of the workshop material, tips for preventing Errors & Omissions are highlighted and discussed. Approved CEs: 7 RI | 7 MA
