NOTE: All IIARI classes will be Hybrid. Attendees can choose to attend virtually or in person. In Person: Masks are required in the office unless vaccinated. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) prior to the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee. Questions? Is the person or entity suffering or causing loss, injury or damage an insured? If the answer is 'no' there is no need to go any further. If 'insured' status does not exist, neither does coverage. Within various property and casualty insurance policies, there are up to four 'levels' or types of insureds. When developing an insurance program for any insured, it is of utmost importance that all persons and entities granted status as an insured be thorough understood. Why?
