Description

This "INTERMEDIATE LEVEL" seminar is designed for agency personnel as an overview of the errors & omissions loss exposure facing the agency. Attendees will learn to evaluate their agency’s susceptibility to E&O claims, how to avoid them and what to do in case of an E&O claim.

Ethics Requirement: All students must complete and pass the exam for Ethical Guidelines in order to earn the designation.
