This Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS®) course deals with two other segments of the D&O liability insurance market:  private companies and nonprofit organizations.  The course examines the kinds of liability exposures that these types of companies face, and explains the important role that D&O insurance coverage serves in helping such organizations manage risk. The course covers D&O policy provisions that are common to policies placed in these markets and outlines steps to the art of crafting a D&O liability coverage plan.
