COVID -19 has had a major impact on all aspects of society and business, including the Rhode Island workers’ compensation system. The independent agent is challenged daily with questions from clients on the applicability of workers' compensation in this pandemic crisis. David Blair and Michael D. Lynch of Beacon Mutual Insurance Company will offer education, insight and perspective on these claims/legal issues with the goal of helping the agent best serve their customers.
